Hanzhou Kanon Import and Export Co., Ltd is authorized with the right of exporting and importing all kinds of mechanical parts and equipments, supply technical services and other OEM equipments as agent. It locates in the No.68 Ding’an Road Xihu Avenue, Hangzhou. Its forename is Xiaoshan Second Light International Trade Company, which was founded in 1993 and signed a long-term contract with Mitsubishi’s Nagoya Machine Institute of processing parts for injection molding machines. It shifted into private enterprise system in 1996 and won the right of exporting and importing in 2003. Now, there are 10 business staff and 8 technology professors dealing with the Imp & Exp business.
Hangzhou Kanon Machinery Co., Ltd, which is mainly for processing and exporting medium size and small size of precise mechanical parts was established in the year 1993. During these 10 years, Kanon has professionally manufactured and machined mechanical parts and components of injection molding machines, printing machines, CNC and other industrial machines or working machines for many world TOP500 enterprises like Mitsubishi. The parts of working machines includes cylinder, flange, different types of nuts, piston, packing case, end cap, gear, blocks, bearing housing, and so on. Kanon was known for its wonderful quality and service by domestic and overseas other machinery corporations so far. Kanon’s business consists of various precise parts processing for casting, sheet metals and mechanical processing work pieces to assembly for export of various mechanical equipments. The workshop of kanon has vertical processing center, NC numerical control lathe and other 60 different common lathes. Kanon has got the certificate of ISO9001:2000 in the year 2005.
Kanon has built up a steady and friendly cooperation relationship with many Japanese enterprises through the long-term cooperation in processing parts and components. Especially Kanon has wonderful cooperation with the Japanese Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd whose proprietor Tsukuda awarded Kanon the certificate of “ Excellent Cooperative Factory” in the year 2001. With the increase of our equipments and the annual productivity, Kanon now has a steady customers group, including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd, Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd, Toshiba Machine Co.,Ltd, Nidec Group in Japan, Canrig in America and Husky in Canada. Kanon’s products are 100% exported to Japan, European and American countries. Kanon has been authorized with the right of exporting and importing and has rich experience of exporting and importing with 15 Japanese and English translators and business staff.
Hangzhou Jiangling Machinery Co., Ltd is an exporting enterprise mainly for large size of mechanical parts machining, welding machined parts manufacturing and equipment parts assembly. It was established in 2004 and has three workshops of CNC, welding machined parts and assembly. The CNC workshop is a whole air-conditional one with many advanced machines such as 3 vertical precision milling machines, 4 horizontal processing center and more than 10 vertical processing center, 6 processing and milling machines from Mitsubishi to process large precise parts. The knives we are using are all imported from Japan and Germany. The workshop for welding machined parts owns CNC auto fire cutter, bending machines, carbon dioxide gas-protected welding and other machines for welding machined parts. It is responsible for welding machined parts processing of various Frame and Housing。Assembly workshop is mainly for Japanese injection molding machines parts and some vertical processing center and horizontal processing center. Jiangling Machinery has get the certificate ISO9001 in the year 2007.
Zhejiang Jiabang Machine Tool Co., Ltd is an exporting enterprise of manufacturing large size casting, machined parts and assembly. It locates in the Shaoxin Binhai Industry Zone, south bank of Hangzhou Bay, 230 kms away from Shanghai, 120 kms away from Ningbo, 20 kms away from Hangzhou Xiaoshan. International Airport. The transportation by air, by land and by sea are all very convenient. The construction of Jiangbang was divided in two stages. The first stage occupies an area of 66667㎡ ( 40000㎡ building area) which has been put into production for casting in May.2009. Besides for the CNC, the main castings are for the wind generator, injection-molding machine and diesel generator. The goal capacity of productivity is expected to achieve 50,000 tons yearly. The main material of the castings are ductile iron and gray iron, with the maximum of dimensions are 6000mm*4000mm*3000mm, and the maximum weight for each is 50 tons. Foundry production line is equipped with 4 sets (12.5 tons for each set) of the most advanced American Inda medium frequency electric furnace for melting, furan resin for molding, shot blasting union cleaning equipment and automatic gas (electric) heat treatment device. We adopt direct-reading spectrograph and heat analysis for the molten iron. The second-stage of construction occupies 33,333.5㎡ and it is for CNC, wind generator, injection molding machine and diesel generator pats machining programs and CNC assembly programs. The whole construction of Jiabang occupies 100,000.5㎡ area (60,000㎡ building area),
